I don’t know why there are people who think Richard WASN’T a virgin… he basically came right out and said it… why is there confusion?
It was a different time, he grew up in a small rural community with not many other people his own age, how is it so unbelievable that he was a virgin?
Also, how old is he supposed to be? I assume early 20’s, and you can’t really go off of Jack Huston’s age since Michael Pitt is 31 and playing what, 24? 25? If that?
Plus, take in the fact he ducked his head and turn 6 shades of red talking to Jimmy about the ‘if you’ve ever been with a woman’ question and the fact that he’s walking away with Odette he looked at Jimmy over his shoulder like ‘Dude, you have just shown me the way to heaven omg thank you’!’ kind of point heavily to it.
Seriously. People who think that he wasn’t either didn’t watch this episode or don’t remember it very well. I don’t see how it could have been more clear that that was what the writers were trying to say.
Well, maybe if he actually said, “Hey Jimmy, guess what? I’m a virgin!”

Okay so this freaked me out when I read it so I had to look up some numbers to check it.
Turns out you’re using the wrong ages to calculate this: Aang’s age at his time of death (which is 17 years before the present in Legend of Korra) and Tenzin’s age in the present (during Legend of Korra)
You should be using Aang’s age when he died (66) and Tenzin’s age at the same time (35).
If you want to see, these dates are from the ATLA wiki:
Year 99-100: ATLA series (Aang is found in the iceberg through the end of the series)
Aang is biologically 12-13
Year 119
Tenzin is born, Aang is 31
***It just says he has his other children sometime between Years 104-153 (Ages 17- 66… his death)
Year 153
Aang dies at 66, Tenzin is 35, Korra is born
Year 170- Present in Korra
Tenzin is 51, Korra is 17, If Aang were still alive he would be 83.
PS- I’m not trying to call you out or anything, it’s an honest mistake. I’m just putting the real numbers out there so other people don’t freak out like I did. haha

It started with the amazing S2 finale of the Walking Dead… but that was only the beginning.
I went to the midnight premiere of the Hunger Games. It was one of the best movie adaptations of a book I have ever seen.
S5 of Mad Men has started off really nicely, I’m excited to see where it will go this season
The same can be said for Game of Thrones. The S2 premiere last night was excellent.
Also, in a few weeks Legend of Korra starts! (Yes. I’m 20 and I watch cartoons, I can’t help myself)
What if Boardwalk Empire S3 was on right now? If it was, I think I would die from entertainment perfection, so I GUESS I can wait…
Overall this year the end of winter / beginning of spring has been a little too conducive to bringing out the obsessive fangirl inside me. If only my printer was working, then I could channel this obsessive energy into some doodles for you guys.

I feel much better, but I am bogged down with school work at the moment, I haven’t even been on tumblr at all lately. I might be able to start drawing sometime in the next few weeks, but my printer needs a new print head and won’t function until I get one…so it might be a while. Sorry for no drawings, and thanks for the concern!
I’ve had a terrible cold all spring break, so I’ve been just been moping around my house, reading, watching movies/tv, and whining. Also, my printer is having issues, so I wouldn’t be able to scan anything if I did draw anyway.

Sorry… sad Richard comic is saaad. If it helps any, in the last panel I tried to make him look sad but hopeful. He’s thinking, “Someday…”
